Woodland Wellbeing for Families

Age: Suitable for families with children aged 6 years and over
Did you know trees talk and help each other and they can benefit our wellbeing too? Come and spend time in beautiful autumn woodlands, deepening your connection to woodlands and your family whilst taking part in fun sensory based activities. Games include meeting a tree blindfolded, using mirrors to watch the canopy, collecting colours and much more!

Age: Suitable for families with children aged 6 years old and over
Come and spend time as a family connecting to nature and discovering how different animals prepare for winter. We will play lots of fun games around how a mouse survives, hibernation, camouflage, a badger's sense of smell, spotting animals and more!
Forest Bathing for Adults

We will relax by walking mindfully through the woods and using our senses to notice the beauty of nature.
This session is for over 18s as we will spend time quietly reflecting and being led through the various activities. Come and give yourself some time to reconnect to nature and slow down from the busyness of life.
